Yeah, I get those rpms at around 40 mph. At 85 mph, they'd be at around 3500 rpm for me.

I don't know... I still think it looks awful... but and this is a BIG but (no not butt), the GS 450h is an awesome car, it's quite fast, it handles well for a car that heavy (4k lb area) and does 31 mpg..

My moms new boyfriend (for lack of a better word) owns one, and frankly, I love it.

At 60, my E46 is north of 3000... then again it's a 318i with what's probably higher than 4:1 for a differential gear.
